Site Manager (Joiner to Trade) – Student Residence Refurbishment

Glasgow | 8–9 Week Contract | Start : 14th July

Competitive Daily Rate | Monday to Friday | Potential Weekend Work

We’re recruiting on behalf of a client who has secured a student accommodation refurbishment project in central Glasgow. Following positive discussions, we’re now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager , ideally with a joinery background , to support project delivery from mid-July .

Project Details

• Refurbishment of bedrooms, corridors, kitchens and common areas within a live student accommodation building
• Duration : 8 to 9 weeks, starting 14th July
• Based Glasgow (daily parking approx. £10)
• Working hours : 07 : 45 – 16 : 45, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend requirements
