Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor (Science) to join a school that is a part of a multi-academy trust in the Stafford Area. This will be a temporary role from September - December 2025 with the possibility of extending.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned science lessons, ensuring pupils are engaged

Provide feedback on pupils progress and behaviour to school leadership

Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment whilst supporting pupils with their learning and development

Requirements

To have a flexible and adaptable approach to work

Experience working with children and / or young people

Strong classroom management and communication skills

It is desirable to have a relevant qualification, e.g Science degree or A-level

Teaching qualification is not required
