SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – NATO DOMAIN | BASED NEAR BRUSSELS

Contract Duration : August 17 – December 31, 2025 (Extension Possible)

Location : Braine-l’Alleud (20 km from Brussels) – Hybrid (On-site with 1–2 days / week remote)

Security Clearance Required : NATO Secret or UK SC (Must be current and valid)

Domain : Defence / NATO

Rate : £450p / d + VAT (OUTSIDE) -

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical application and network projects within a highly secure, international environment. If you're an autonomous leader with strong communication skills, project delivery experience in defence, and the technical expertise to see complex programmes through from start to finish – we want to hear from you.

Your Role :

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects across applications and networks
  • Act as Requirements, Implementation, and Test Manager
  • Guide stakeholder engagement and drive the user requirements process
  • Execute RFQ and solicitation activities
  • Ensure timely project delivery including testing, documentation, and reporting

    • What You Bring :

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar work experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong background in design, planning, and implementation of applications / networks in defence or similar secure environments
  • Formal certification in PRINCE2 and / or PMP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project or ServiceNow
  • Fluent in English

    • Bonus Points For :

  • Prior experience with NATO projects or procurement processes
  • Familiarity with NATO project management standards

    • Soft Skills Matter :

  • You’re autonomous and thrive in complex, high-responsibility roles
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You’re comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment

    • Travel : Occasional short-term travel may be required – fully covered by NATO.
