Job Title : Community Enteral Feed Nurse

Location : Wokingham Community Hospital (with travel across Berkshire)

Band : Band 6 / 7 (Dependent on experience)

Hourly Rate PAYE excluding Holiday Pay :

Days£22.76
Saturday or Nights £29.59
Sundays or Bank Holiday £36.42

Contract : Part-time and full-time positions available (up to 37.5 hours per week)

About the Role :

Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 / 7 Community Enteral Feed Nurse to join our NHS client on a temporary contact, to support patients during a critical transitional period. Your role will involve assisting community teams, supporting dietitians and community nurses to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

You will play a vital role in :

Supporting patients and their carers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues during the transition to new enteral feed products.

Managing a clinical caseload under the delegation of the dietetics team leader, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Acting as a role model for the Trusts core values and demonstrating behaviours aligned with these principles.
