Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager . This is a permanent position located in Edinburgh. You'll enjoy a workweek of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary for this role is £23,500.

What the job involves : -

• Carrying out viewings of available properties
• Negotiating tenancy agreements
• Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies
• Keeping consistent communcation with Landlord & tenants
• Managing landlords' expectations regarding possible works required
• Managing incoming tenants' expectations to avoid disappointment at move in
• Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies
