Teaching Assistant – Person Specification :

  • Strong academic background
  • Prior Teaching Assistant / Teaching experience is highly desirable
  • Passion for education and learning
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Experience in lesson planning and assessment
  • Can work independently and as part of a team

    • Teaching Assistant – The primary school :

  • Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted
  • Fantastic facilities & resources
  • Exceptional and approachable SLT
  • History of contracts going from Temp to Perm
  • Previously taken on ECT’s as TAs / HLTAs who have been promoted to classroom teacher
  • Manchester location
  • Close to good transport links
