Rate : £16.00-£18.00p / h

Shift : Monday to Thursday, 6 : 30am- 4 : 15pm, 37 hours p / w

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team, working on a variety of welding and fabrication tasks to meet industry standards. The role will involve welding on a wide range of materials and pipe sizes in a factory-based environment, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welding to ASME IX and ISO3834 requirements.
• Plating and welding on Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex materials (3mm to 100mm thick plate).
• Pipe welding on Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex materials (½” to 12” pipe SCH10 to SCH80).
• Proficient in welding processes : GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW (1G and 6G positions).
• Oxy / Acetylene cutting.
• Plasma cutting.
• Operation of JIB cranes and overhead cranes.
• Slinging and lifting operations, ensuring safety at all times.

Requirements :

• Extensive experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in welding Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex.
• Ability to operate welding processes such as GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW in 1G and 6G positions.
