Site Manager Location : Swansea (SA1) | Salary : Up to £48,000 | Full-time, Permanent | 40 Hours per week Are you a hands-on Site Manager ready to lead a small team and take ownership of a key regional maintenance programme? • Lead the day-to-day planning and allocation of technical maintenance resources across your region
• Oversee planned maintenance and deliver top-notch reactive services to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Manage small replacement projects and keep asset registers up to date
• Train, support, and motivate your team through toolbox talks and regular briefings
• Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed
• Provide technical support and hands-on assistance on site when needed
• Take ownership of your training and development alongside the Engineering Manager What we’re looking for :
• Qualified in BS7671 Electrical Regulations, Gas ACOPs, or F-Gas (essential)
• Recognised trade training scheme experience preferred
• Proven people management skills and experience leading small teams
• IOSH Working Safely certification
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Why apply?
