Purpose of Role

We are seeking an experienced Life Cycle Project Manager to take responsibility for managing the life cycle of hospital facilities at the Princess Royal in Orpington.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance, renovation, and expansion projects, ensuring all facilities are managed efficiently and comply with healthcare regulations. This role will involve strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful operation and longevity of hospital infrastructure, enabling the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The successful candidate will have proven PFI experience and a good commercial acumen to deliver this role.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage long-term facility plans, aligning with hospital goals and ensuring timely maintenance and upgrades.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
