About the Role :

As a Recruitment Consultant at X4, you’ll become part of a team of specialists delivering tailored recruitment solutions to clients. You will manage your own market, build strong client relationships, and match top talent to the right opportunities. This is a full 360-recruitment role, empowering both clients and candidates to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Conduct market research and use sales techniques to build relationships with prospective clients and identify their recruitment needs.
• Candidate Engagement : Source, qualify, and place candidates while providing ongoing support to ensure successful placements.
